In Class Knowledge

In our classroom, we will give an overview of the AR platform, some of its intricacies, and a list of reputable manufacturers. Knowledge of your weapon(s), builds trust in your relationship with it.

Assessment of Gear

The attachments on your carbine/rifle are also a vital aspect of performance, especially the sight system and flashlight. We don't believe you need every expensive trinket to be effective, only what is proven and useful.

Training Fundamentals and Drills

Our goal is to build a solid foundation of shooting principles and hard skills that are applicable at all levels of shooting.

Necessary Gear

Load Bearing Equipment

The student needs to have some method carrying ammo/magazines and this can be done in multiple ways.

Chest rig, plate carrier, belt system, and even cargo pockets can work if you have nothing else.

Ammo

210 rounds of ammunition is required, but more can be brought if desired.

The Firearm

Rifle should be zeroed
A sling is preferred because we will be standing and moving for long periods of time
Sight system, preferably a Red dot or another 1x capable optic, but iron sights can be used.
